Basically I entered to win an ipad and received a text message informing me I was going to be charged the 9.99 per month. After that message I received another telling me to enter a number to confirm that I wanted the service. I did not respond except to call them back at the number on the first message and ask them to remove me from this and they said they would. When I received my bill from my service provider the 9.99 was on it. I was told to call a company called Voxtel who was connected with mob shack, which I did and they told me I would be taken off and to call mobshack again. I have tried to call Voxtel again and the number is now out of service. The number for Voxtel that I was given by a reputable service provider is 1-888-985-2231. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone at mobshack as yet. My service provider took the 9.99 off my bill last month but are not able to do this all the time which is understandable. So now what?
