You are sent an email asking if you want to be a part of a test group for iPad3 and in doing so you would receive and ipad and get to keep for participating in test etc. I was asked to enter my phone number to which i then received a text message with a password that needed to be entered on to web page to proceed. At no time was any charges mentioned. It then proceeded and when it said i needed to download some software I cancelled the webpage. This was 5 days ago and then two days ago I received a text message saying my account would be charged $9.99. Called to cancel and told them what an absolute scam this was. Now I am trying to cancel the 3rd party debit being made to my rogers account to which i am now trying to speak to management and told they can do nothing about this until the charges come. I advised if they let charge go through I will not pay.
