Browsing online, my mom came across purasilk and thought she would try it for the cost of P&P. As she put in her card details the terms and conditions stated that she would have 14 days to trial the product and if she liked would be charged £74.95. She didn't want this to happen so cancelled the order... Or so she thought. This was on the 4th April. Onthe 9th April the package arrived. I called Purasilk to request a RMA number, as apparently you can't return the product without it, 'Jen' seemed helpful at first but was adamant I should try the product, why on earth did I want to return it after I had only just recieved it? I did want to return it though and was insistent that she give a number, she asked me to hold, as she did this I explained to my mom I was on hold, Jen then rudely asked " Is there a problem?" Yes there is, I just want a RMA! Eventually she did give the number... We have posted it recorded delivery so don't know what will happen next! FYI - For those who can't get through to customer Services the RMA I was given was the same number as the one printed on top left hand side of the returns sticker!
