Ripoff no refund, drafts more funds from bank account Cathedral California, Washington District of Columbia

I approved 99.95 charge to my account to look at what they had to offer. They then drew 239.00 more out of my account without my permission. I immediately sent back the "kit" they sent and asked for a refund. They have promised a refund several times and not sent a check.

All I get is an answering machine. They gave me a number one time (800-350-0577) that I got a live person and that number is also nothing but an answering machine that cannot take messages because it is full. Probably people like me trying to get their money back.
