Telebrands customer care they charged & added to our order w/out our knowledge

For the 1st time ever, my husband ordered 2 sticky buddy for $10 plus S&H by phone, what a mess, he never spoke to a live person and never received a confirmation number. He wasnt sure if the order went through. He recvd a postcard informing him that they are on backorder. 4/3 We received a very large box with 6 sticky buddy with large handle they charged our credit card $56.96 without his knowledge. I called and informed them I want to send them back, they said ok but I would need to pay the shipping, I told them that I do not feel that I should pay for shipping when they added to our order without our knowledge. Customer Service informed me that their upper level management will call me. Easter Day, upper management called me, told me that they are unable to send me a shipping label that is why they cant pay for shipping. I told them I wanted to speak to the manager, they informed me that they will get upper management to call me. I asked them arent they the upper management? They informed me that they are going to escalate it to the higher level of management and that they will call me on Monday or tuesday. Still no call from the company. What a mess.
