I received a package from cgi * skincare. After receiving it, i returned it unopened after calling and given a 'rma # to write on the outside of the ""original box it came in as directed. I was also told to send it u.P.P.S. With confirmation receipt. That was april 2. I checked the confirmation and it was received april 5 5 days before the time frame they gave me of april 10 or 'no refund after that. The #1 877 627 9486 i have called all day (and will continue to do) responded back, but i didnt get to the phone in time, when i tried to return the call the line was busy. So, my next step was to call the # you can use to order by phone which is 1 877 627 9488. The man took down my nane, address to verify that i was who it was sent to and said he sent a email to the 'cgi where the refunds come from in utah. I also gave him my confirmation #. He told me to watch my email for the next 48hrs.'i am hopeful that something good comes out of this!!! I am also going to my bank to see what they can do for me before i contact my attorney after the 48hrs have expired., i am very consistent when money is due to me that was taken away without permission!!!
