I enrolled in the automatic withdrawal payments. My payment was due 06/08, I received a confirmation email (which I have a copy of) stating that the payment was withdrawn on 06/08 at 12:10am. I checked my car note account everyday to make sure the payment was made & it said it was. On 06/19, I received a phone call stating that my account had inefficient funds on 06/08 & my note was 10 days past due! Now my question is how is that possible when I received a confirmation email saying it was paid on the day it was due? So now I have to come up with another $305.53 because these people don't know how to do their job correctly! And that excuse "it takes a couple of days to withdraw the money"is a lie because if it did you wouldn't send a confirmation email on the day it's DUE and say the payment had been made!!! I will be trading that car in by the end of the year because I've been having problems with them since I've had the car and I'm tired of their nonsense!!!
