I ordered a replacement vaporizer hose, and the original reason i tried to contact them was because i didnt receive my log in info or tracking info. They responded with my info. About a week later I attempted to contact them again because i never received an email saying it was shipped. They responded with an apology and said they would put free gifts in my package to make up for the wait. And that was the last time i heard from them. I've attempted to contact them several more times with no answer.
