I had placed an order for an ash catcher on January 30th. It said it would ship in 3-5 days. I immediately received a confirmation email and login information, etc. After a week I began trying to call the help numbers listed on the site and after those did not work I started to call any number I could find related to Pizbi. Nothing has worked and I keep trying to open new tickets and connect to the online service support but nothing works. This is frustrating and I just want my ash catcher or $20 back.
