I received this from phone number 347-762-5424 at 1:41 P.M. This is a Illinois number. I find it very strange that I was at an Applebee's and texted for a free item as one of there promotions at the recommendation of the hostess, and two days later I receive this scam message with that area code. I am from VA, so I have no other connection to that state, and do not travel there frequently. Possible a company that handles their promotions is not on the up and up?
