Joined Time Out Access in May. Tried to use it for cheap air fares as promised however the person I spoke with said that all they did was pull up the different web sites to see which was cheapest and I could to that... No help. I did purchase Sea World tickets to use points I was given however I could have gotten them cheaper.in September received a letter stating that their customer service moved from Penn Laird, Va to Myrtle Beach, SC. Did not know they were in VA... I tried going in to website for this years vacation. (I have a 5 YEAR PEACE OF MIND GUARTANTEE stating if I do not save what I spent to join I would get my money back providing I used it once a year. Now I found they are World Vacation Brokers for SC who does not offer the same things we were promised. It is a scam!
