We received a letter from ACA Recovery for an on-line ad that we never requested or ordered from Local US Pages. Local US pages tried to collect 4 months ago and I refused as I recalled the original phone call and asked not to receive the service. They played back a doctored audio recording and I didn't 'buy' it as i recalled the conversation. I denied them any legal right to the fee and reported them to the FTC and to the PA consumers watchdog and to the BBB. I suggest anyone else whose experienced the same to also report them — just make sure who they're collecting for. ACA did say that they would be getting the audio from Local US Pages and wanted to settle with us before. Not going to happen.
