Email About Screen Name Change I Never Requested

I received an email to my screen name from American Express credit card saying thank you for notifying us that you changed your screen name and emailing address... From (Personal Information Removed) to [email protected] I've never changed my screen name and emailing address nor have I ever heard of any [email protected]... I believe I'm a victim of credit card scam... Please help resolve this problem. Respectfully (Personal Information Removed)
