We were invited to a presentation at Mangos Restaurant. We were shown a unit at the Pennesula Full time location. We were told that we were purchasing there, the contract also listed Venetian and Pennesula. We were guaranteed the resale of our propertyin a maximum of 30 days. We listed our property with Continental Resourses, were given a guarantee of $25,000 in 30 days. We paid $45,000 as a deposit, being guaranteed our $25,000 back in 30 days. A fellow by the name of Johnny Montalbo said he was the director. We have found out that there is no real Continental Resourses. They have since changed names, and they have a new scam company guaranteing the sale. We have found this company IS A TOTAL SCAM, AND THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY. Dont give them a penny, if you cancel, they still dont want to give you your money back. They have a new scam, we gave them the $25,000 deposit on a credit card, they said they had to pay off the property they sold us, they gave us a check for the $25,000, and we endorced it back to them. Than when it came time to cancel they said they already paid us. Beware beware they are absolute fraud. Just check the internet
