This company is a scam. WHY RISK IT? Why would anyone chance losing hundreds or thousands of dollars, just to give Brian K another opportunity? We probable have a thousand lenders in our state that offer the exact same loans as Brian K, BUT do not have the bad reputation or negative posting this Brian K or http://summitfunding.net have. Its very simple, work with Brian K and risk him stealing lots of money from you, or just work with another lender and do not lose anything. This company is a scam.
