For the last 17 months i have been lied to about my modification!!! Every month i had a negotiator (brian bill). Ask me to up-date bank information, and personal information. He said he had been in contact with my lender for the past year! I recieved some rejection letters from my lender, but brian said to ignore them! He would be in contact with the bank to straighten out the problems with my modification. Finnaly i got a personal rep from my lender to deal with directly. So i was about to pull the plug on these theives when i recieved the letter dated 12/22/10 that they were out of business! So there goes my $2500!! Unless i can be part of a class action suit, to bring these dirt bags to justice. Contact me at
