I have purchased, from Australia, Peuterey Miro SK Man Winter jacket Size: L € 189.00. From the online Felixoutlet indicating that the company based in Italy. When I passed the details to my brother (who resides in Italy) to contact them to check and confirm the authanticity of the order. The phone provided to me by e-mail was disconnected. I contacted the Skype adress provided onthe website. AAnd located to so called FactoryPandora (Apparently the factory where the goods are released from). The money was taken immediately by 'GZ BUYFLOWERPOT NET S&T CO., LTD..'. FactoryPandora did not respond f2f but rather replying by txt message on Skype saying that he will forward this to his team to have a look at. Next day i received and e-mail from felixoutlet support team stating that they are having a problem with my credit card and I need to provide them with my ID. I responded that we do not carry ID in Australia then they replies that They will forward a code by snail mail. I then need to respond to them by e-mail stating the code number received... From that moment I knew that I have been scammed. The felixoutlet now is closed. I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact 'buyflowerpot' And the FactoryPandora remains on skype and when I sign in he signs off... I feel terribly bad...
