While visiting San Antonio, Tx last week, my family (musicians) decided to take my son, 14, to Guitar Center. He plays a multiude of instruments, but prefers drums. We walked into the drum room where I heard the salesman ask someone, "are you going to buy a drum set today?" We looked at drum gear, my son was waiting for is opportunity to play a kit, asking the salesman the price of varios items, when the salesman asked, "are you going to be buying a drumset today?" towhich I replied, "not today, we're from out of town." the salesman, who Ican only describe as older and wearing a black Tina Turner (80s) style wig, turned around and stopped helping us! Worst customer service person ever! I'd like to think this person is not representative of San Antonio customer care.
