Mr. Avery is in arrears on his child support obligations to his 2 sons in the amount of approximately $20,000. Although there is a court order in place, Mr. Avery has failed to pay support since 2001.in addition, Mr. Avery has not had any contact with his sons since April 13,1998, when they were 3 years of age. They are now 11 years of age.
