ATT - Internet
Internet installed but service unavailable in my area

I waited for a month for internet to be installed.
When it was installed, it did not work. I spent another 5 days on the phone trying to find why internet did not work. Technical support switched me to Cust. Support, Cust support to Tech support again and
again. After a week of research ATT staff found out that they don't have service in our area.
