They claimed they could help us with our loan modification. They kept drafting the money out of our account and they kept asking for updated records every month and the same story was we haven't heard back from Bank of America yet??? On Thanksgiving weekend, I personally spoke with Drew Alia and he told me that no client under retainer from their firm had ever been foreclosed on... We are still in foreclosure and haven't received any response from their firm in over 2 months and have called daily. Needless to say, they have been paid in full! Is there anything we can do about this??? I'm not interested in filing a bar complaint seeing that everybody else has chosen that route and got nowhere. I am interested in filing criminal charges with the FBI. This cannot be legal.
