I ordered a camera on camerapromo.com. After a week I haven't received any confirmation email I called the customer service. This guy is very rude on the phone saying he doesn't have my order receipt. How did I come up with an order receipt number if not from their website? He was very unprofessional about the whole thing and when I ask if I could have another customer service rep he said "no way, he is the only one". He hung up on me and that's the end of that. Stay away from this online store. They are fake.
