I bought an olympus tough stylus camera for a christmas gift for my son.
He used it for the first time on March 25 as an underwater camera which it is. It did not work as soon as it was in the water just on the surface for snorkeling while on vacation. I talked to camera promo and sent it back according to its return policy with a RMA# which the company provided. Sent via UPS. I have been waiting to hear from camera promo via phone or email and have not received any communication. Now the phone number on the website is no longer in order and i have emailed the company two times this week again with no response. Any ideas of what I should do next.
