I've gotta write back in this complaint page that I apologize to the Pet Airways company. The existing facility is definitely ligitimate except that their department that handle pets delivery services are separate from the main site. After I filed a complaint on April 3. I called back the same agent the next day and he always pick up the phone which to my surprise that he's very quick at responsive to my feedback. He has actually arrange my puppy to be delivered right after I put in the rest of deposits for crate as required by the airline for pet safety. He then email me a confirmation about the flight detail and pet insurance certificate. I am now relieved that this is not a scam and my puppy is safe.
I understand doing business online can be very risky. At least with this Pet Airways I can rest assure now that they are definitely handling their job in a right direction.
I sincerely apologize for report the site as a scam and even emailed complaint to the owner or the puppy.
