I took up their offer of a free trial for a few pounds. Heard nothing from them.
I did not not know something was wrong till 3 weeks later, I received their trial pack. Meanwhile my Bank Statement came through and I found out that they have deducted £75. How can you have a trial period with no goods? Money was deducted before product came. Surely this is illegal? I went to my bank and had to cancel my card so that they cannot take any more money. I have tried phoning but cannot get through, line usually goes dead. Do we go to the police?
