Also I ordered a trial of Veloura and Bellagenix on December 29th. On Jan 3 got an email saying my items in the UPS mail but till now never received it. So no 14 days trial period and now discovered that the trial would have started on the day I made the order. I am in Singapore, half way across the world. So basically that would mean that the cream was delivered to me on the day that the trial period would end! Absurd!!.
But it became obvious that this start date of the trial period, was intentional scam... Because they say that for you to cancel the re-billing of your card, you have to do it within the trial period. So basically I would have to cancel it before even trying it.
Then on 22 Jan I account was deducted USD99 without my autorization. This is such a scam!
Having said that, I will now emails them and told to cancel everything & refund. Till today, I have not received the trial product.
