I am extremely disappointed with this company. 2 e-mails were ignored when I tried to cancel the order back in Nov. I started to call in Jan. And was told that I had 25 days to think about it. I had not yet received the sample which came after the first shipment. I was unable to contact them within 25 days and the next shipments started. After another cancellation call I was again charged and I received another. Now I am told, again, that I will not receive any more!!! They will refund me half for a product already cancelled. They say I would be refunded the other half after I return the product at my own expense. Do I believe them. No. I'm afraid this is not over. This last charge was March 27.
