I too had a credit card debt that fell to Lustig, Glaser and Wilson. The total debt was $2400.00 to be paid once per month for 24 months. All this per phone conversation with Lustig, Glaser and Wilson. I did not miss and was not late with payments in that 24 months!!! I am now faced with an additional $1200.00 for "interest" and "fees" - If I refuse payment, they will set court date, etc. Etc.
What is one supposed to do? Now they are calling all the time, letters almost every day - This is stressing me out.
