My partner has been getting charged $9.99 per month on our Sprint billL It is listed as LEADS: alerts -82147 Bid and Win. She has no knowledge of this and is extremely fiscally conservative. Where did this come from and what is our recourse to recoup our $30. This is a problem when you pay your bills over your mobile phone or laptop. You don't always examine the bill. Since I pay the Sprint bill I noticed recently that it went up almost $10. I now know why. How do I stop this nonsense.
