On a new phone service with Sprint, this charge has shown up on the last 2 monthly bills. Upon contacting Sprint, they said they could not remove it and I would have to contact the company that charged it to get a credit and removal.
No information is supplied with the bill from Sprint to contact this company. So until the contact information is found, I am deducting the amount as well as associated taxes (? Fees) and emailed Sprint customer service of this as well as a suggestion that someone get there head out and make it easier to remove this unsolicited charge.
