I registered on their website unknowingly binding myself to a 3 month contract. They sent me an e-mail to say that I have won an Ipos Shuffles, but I needed to send a copy of my Id and the back and front of my credit card. I knew then something was wrong and sent them an e-mail to cancel. Only then did they inform me that I signed up for a 3 month membership and had to pay R295 as a cancellation fee. They even sent me a e-mail to say that they tried to deduct the R295 (without my permission) and there were insufficient funds.

I had to loan the money from my parents and paid it into my credit card account. I have sent them countless e-mail so that they can decuct the money and be done with it, but they do not reply. The bank told me I cannot close my account as there is an outstanding balance and they can't cancel any deductions Ziinga wants to make on my account because Ziinga has to give authorisation in order for the bank to do so.

I really need help as I am scared that they will try to deduct money every month as they don't reply to my e-mails and have not deducted the R295 from my account.
