I clicked on a bid for a $55 credit card which I apparently won for $3.50, which I actually got charged $6.50 for. After reviewing the conditions, that I was unaware of when
bidding, which state that I must become a member and that I will be authorizing ziinga to take $89.99/mth out of my credit card when I fill out the forms ziinga require to send me out the item I won for $3.50. I agreed to no such thing and filled out no details. I contacted ziinga straight away to inform them that I did not wish to do business with them and ziinga replied stating that I had signed a contract by giving my credit card authorisation. What happened to cooling off periods? I informed within minutes of clicking on the bid after they asked me for details for membership which I did not agree to. Ziinga said I could pay $53 to get out of eledged contract but went ahead and took more money out of my account recently.in total they took 3 payment of $89 without my permission and with my explicitly stating that I wanted out of the contract from the beginning and even after they took money out of my account the first time I again asked to get out of contract and that they should take the money out of the $89 they had already taken! This company had no intention of ever releasing me from this contract.
