I ordered a sample of this cream from the UK, and paid for the postage only on 29.02.12. The sample did not arrive but on 19.03.12, the full price for the product was deducted from my bank account.
When I was ordering the sample, the full purchase price of the product was not even mentioned and I most certainly did not authorise any payment to be taken from my account.
So far, two payments have been taken and I'm desperate to get my money back. I am shocked that this has happened, you hear about it but I really thought that purchasers were more protected than this.
