I also paid £1.99 postage for free sample of proliftglow which arrived 2 weeks later slightly damaged and very small sample. When I recieved my bank statement was shocked to see they had taken £84.71 12days after my sample arrived, I rang my bank and they told me the company had taken another £89 on the 16th of May next to this debit was a phone No. So I rang them and said I only wanted the sample and they told me the 2" sample I recieved was the month supply of the product which was ludicrous they said they would refund the second payment of £89 and cancel my account of which I may add I had no knowledge of I am shocked and very upset that I have been scammed in this way.
