I made a purchase of two pairs of shoes and received a notice from PayPal that the payment transaction had been completed, but two weeks later I had not received a shipping confirmation from Kell-Mall and when I went to the website my transaction was "PayPal status: Pending".
I have disputed the transaction with Paypal as no items were received.
