I ordered shoes from Kelly-mall and never received the shoes. I sent them an email today inquiring as to why it was taking so long. I received a shower cap in the mail today (what a coincidence) from xiaoya yang in China. I googled the name and saw that it was a scam. Other people on this site said they ordered shoes and received a shower cap, as well. I have logged a complaint with PayPal. Hopefully they will refund my money. I noticed the name on the PayPal transaction is hong guo (probably fictitious) and the email address shown is: kely. [email protected]. The website I ordered the shoes on is http://www.kelly-mall.info/index.php? Main_page=login&zenid=0cf6aa5232167411d9e2a107c534f8c9. I just went on their site and it shows my order as pending.
