This Company was based in Taiwan that claimed they produced their "Farm Machines Rice Screen" and " OEM rubber rolls" and machineries which in fact were imported from their local and oversea suppliers. There are other smaller, local manufacturers in the area but the Company denies knowledge of them.
The company further claimed their rubber rolls products were made in Taiwan and presented various certificates of origin but they were simply importing from Peoples Republic of China, causing my last shipment with 20% RMAs. Also they claimed products were heat treated but when I took a sample it did not pass the hardness test from my client. Their sales rep denied any knowledge of any of their misconduct.
