His D6 Virgin offer dated Feb 7, Qty 200 Million Gal per week x 52, FOB Houston @ US$2.28 / US$2.38 per Gal was nothing but a scam.
The IM called him and arranged a conference call between seller & buyer mandate next day. When Elgin was called next day he made excuses and couldn’t produce the seller mandate. Moreover, it was found that there was no fuel available. He is a scam artist and must be avoided.
