Crest Lincoln Mercury Service Department repaired the control arm on my 2003 Jaguar as part of a recent insurance claim. On the way home from the dealership the brakes burned up and the park brake accuator short circuited. I immeidately called them however they were closed. I contacted a towing company and had my vehicle immeidately towed back to the dealer and they were contacted the next morning. When I contacted them they accused me of breaking the car myself and refuse to fix it. I have another dealer who has diagnosed the car and pictures that show the brake cable (which had to be removed to replace the control arm) is hooked up wrong and they still refuse to fix the car. If I want to drive my vehicle it will cost me 950 to have it fixed by another dealer because they accused me of doing something to the car in the 4.2 miles I drove it home. And refuse to take responsibility for their mechanic's ineptitude.
