I signed up for a FREE sample of skin cream and gave my credit card details to pay for 'postage and handling'. Since that time (25 November) they have continued to deduct money for products they keep sending. I have emailed them and attempted to phone them on many occasions. I just get an answering machine that tells me that my call is important to them and a customer service person will soon be available but no one ever is!
Is there anything I can do about this? I live in Australia.
