I had a txt msg from my bank to say my creditcard was over its limit, upon further investigation i realised that a payment had come out of my account that i DID NOT AUTHORISE!!!
I have called my bank and had the card cancelled, but i would like to recoup these charges as i have no idea what this company do, or who they are..
Please give me some more info so as i can contact them or organise a refund of these funds!!!
This is totally unacceptable!!!
