Since January 10 I have receive charges from either a "CPDNETHELP COM" or "MANOR PLACE" (same codes on the statements means they're connected.) Happens once a month for a charge of $28.99 and has caused overdraft fees. There is no number provided to call. I dont keep much money in this account, it is only used to cash my paycheck and pay a few automatic payments. So when this scam takes this money out, my other payments overdraft as well.

5/15 CPDNETHELP COM $28.99 (OVERDRAFT $35) *originally showed up in Pending Transactions as "Cupid Plc" which if you Google it is Cupid.com a UK dating site with no real way to contact them. Phone number 44 (0) 845-869-7509.
Bank has not been helpful at all. Expect me to pay $30 to cancel my account/card and start over. What about getting my money back for this fraud??
