On listed date, I purchased a Flexible-Flyer Swing-Set (model # 42030T - Windsor II) for my grandchildren. On March 4th as I began assembling the set, I noticed broken and missing parts. The manual said not to return the product to the store but to call Flexible-Flyer. On March 5, I called 1-888-350-3015, from the manual, and left a message as I was greeted with an automated message. I also followed up with an e-mail to [email protected]. On March 6 a sales representative contacted me and assured me the new parts would be sent within 3-5 business days. Well, three weeks later, and still no replacement parts. I also followed up with seven more e-mails and three more phone calls. To date there is no resolution and no responses from my inquiry.
