I just ordered for a test product of facial cream and did not realise it was a scam. Within 30mins I emailed to cancel the order, also rang their office but it was after 5pm and closed. How can I make sure they wont be able to get money from my account.

I have also rang my bank but they said they can't do much at the moment as the order has not been processed yet. Please help! I am worried they will withdraw more than required amount and that the cream is entirely made up as well.
