SilverNYC.com is a horrible sham of a company. I ordered some perfume for a friend's birthday a week and a half ago. I kept checking to see when it would ship, and it never did ship. I emailed them to follow up on what happened. Because I was purchasing the gift for a friend, and it was shipping to an address that was different from my billing address, I guess they found this to be too much to handle. Here is the response they provided when I asked where my shipment was:
"Hi, we can only ship to the bill to address associated with this account.
Please advise"
These people are either really stupid or don't speak English. What does that email even mean? When I responded that I needed it shipped now to the billing address I had provided, they canceled my order. This company is a real p.O.S.
I wouldn't do business with them again, ever. And, I recommend that you don't either.
