Incident
i purchased 2002 doge stratus—this car nov 11 since that time i have given the car back 5times//the customer service ws very un-polite—the first time i had complained they treated me so awful they insisted i pay for 1 of there rental`s at $25.00 plus tax daily or else they wouldnt fix my car— my car wouldnt start also needed a strut—and the oil light kept coming on -the device they had in my car stop working so the car wouldnt start it was freezing cold n my children were waiting 2 be picked up because b&b couldnt help me for almost 3 hrs —i had no brakes or break lights no heat after 1 week//they claimed it was a minor situation—they came n pickd up my car only 2 return the car in the same condition—no heat no brakes bad rotars//oil leak// //they gave me a reciept saying they had fixed all problems//well next 2 days no heat in the car still leaking fluid car not stopping when using brakes / i called tried 2 get to the bottom they still were taking me aroung in circles in the mean time i had requested a car fax —they never provided me with one as of yet - it took b&b 3 weeks pick up my car. When they brought the car back it ws more things wrong with the car when i gave it to b&b im calling them everyday for three weeks no response my car they finally picked up the car claimed they fixed the problem changing the water pump spark plugs and rotated my brakes they did none of the above when my car came back the was making a funny noise and im at the light picking up chlidren and the car just stopped on the road in the middle of traffic wthout warning almost causing a very bad accident for my family and others now tis was only two days after they had given my car back to me the car check engine light came on then the car would cut off everytime i pushed on the brake when i called them they acted like they had no idea what could be wrong so i had to ride with the tow truck to pick up the rental or otherwise i would have no car to get to work the next day they kept my car overnite and soon as it was dropped off and i started up the car it hesitated to start and then the engine light came back on so i had to call them before they got to far away and so they took the car again and im presented financed with a lemon for a car im paying for monthly and driving one of their rentals then it worse then the car i financed
Damage resulting
they are financing bad running cars to consumers for thousands of dollars giving a warranty for 6000 miles becuase they are misleading consumers to get financed to only make money b&b automotive doesnt care about consumers just hendering the credit of working consumers who need cars for work and to help family b&b automotive almost killed me and my children due to this car being un-fit to drive that they sold in bad condition —b&b should b investigated before someone`s family is killed due to there neglegence in sales consumers should be aware because my credit report is on the line and the car was financed for twice as much as its worth
