I receive a text/email from 28090 TipsandTones and also 58539 SaveCoupons on 02/13. Recieved our phone bill with the extra charges. I never downloaded anything to receive this. This just came out of nowhere. All I have to say is this "Winley Marketing" needs to be shut down or better yet; burned down...
