I receive two text messages and when I tried to close and delete one then the other one was sent somehow. However, I did manage to block the one text on my cell phone. That number was 28090. This also happened about a week or two ago when I was told I won a prize on "nonorerack.com", which is a legit site on the internet. That site asked for my cell phone number and then sent text messages with a code I was to use on their site for the prize. While doing all this, 2 text got thru and I was not able to stop them and it cost me $9.99 twice! So, all toll, I've lost approx. $30.00!!!
