Order book, never got it. Mailer: No phone #, Only PO Box. Should have known. Crooks

Communications Publishing sent mailer w ith no customer phone # and only a POBox address. I should have seen this, but instead I ordered their book. Like the other complaint, I have not received only book from this company. They have the nerve to send me another brochue the other day. Another company with similar scam sent another brochure this week. Name of this company is American Grant Network; P.O. Box 3211; NY, NY. No phone#
