This has been a very disappointing experience. I ordered a wedding dress and flower-girls dress from bestbrideshop in mid Jan. I was told the dresses would take 30-60 days to arrive. After waiting for 60 days, and receiving nothing, I made many inquires and requests, I heard nothing. Unfortunately for me the 45 days have expired and paypal can do nothing, my credit card company have also said they can do nothing because it went through paypal. So I am left with no dress and $500 out of pocket. I am so upset and want to warn anyone thinking about taking a risk using this company... Don't do it!!!
